What's included in the 8-week delivery?
Every plan includes discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, and training. You get a dedicated project manager and access to our client portal throughout the process.
Can I add features after launch?
Absolutely. We offer optional maintenance plans for ongoing support, feature additions, and updates. You also retain full ownership of your codebase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Pay in full upfront (save 5%), or use our installment plan: 40% due at project start, with the remaining 60% split over 2, 4, or 6 months — whichever schedule works best for your budget.
Do I own the source code?
Yes. Once your project is complete and fully paid, you receive full ownership of the source code, documentation, and all assets.
What if I need to scale beyond the included locations?
Additional outlet licenses can be added at any time. The per-outlet fee depends on your plan tier and is calculated at checkout.
Can I get a refund?
You can request a refund before milestone 3 is completed. A 15% retention fee applies. See our refund policy for full details.
